We have come to the pinnacle of crisis

As we watch one  of two  pharaohs rises

Who is going to stall the rising prices ?

Are there none others not riddled with vices ?

Don’t judge the visitors at the plebiscite carrying dices

No choice between magnates with hearts like ices

They have a project and we are their vises

Used like the pieces of  timber in a merge of splices

Off to the polls we go  to vote or offer sacrifices
