I do not miss you

Though I never go to bed

Without shivering at the thought

Wishing things could be different

 

I do not miss you

Though the thoughts of you

Wear away my heart enough

To break a sweat on my forehead

 

I do not miss you

Even though I cry

Through the agony of resisting

To reply your texts

 

I do not miss you

I am just learning to savor

The flavor in the freedom

Of being without you

 

I do not miss you

Torments may be unfinished

The search goes on

Till my void is filled
