If living is a game
And you have to win
How can you trust me
If you see the crack
In every wall I build
How would you trust me
If your queries are ready
For each of my intentions
When would you trust me
When your mind meanders
Back to the things you forgave
How could you trust me
If your faith lies not in fantasy
Nor figures, folks or facts
How can you trust me

Now that is an interesting take on the topic. Sort of looking at it from ‘the other side’. Food for thought. I like it.

I like this poem a lot. I have often thought how important it is for others (and I guess your lover especially) to find the strength to trust you if you want to build any sort of relationship… but it is very hard…
